The fracas between Nigerian On Air Personality, OAP, Ifedayo Olarinde, popularly known as Daddy Freeze and some Nigerian pastors especially Pastor David Ibiyeomie seems not ending soon.
Another man of God, Pastor Paul Eneche of Dunamis Ministry has added his voice to the OAP’s comments about Bishop David Oyedepo.
Just like Pastor Ibiyeomie, in a video going viral on social media, the founder of Dunamis International Gospel Centre described the media personality as a nonentity and a mad dog.
The pastor, in the video message titled “Caution, Caution, Caution”, said he decided to add his voice to the issues because if not properly addressed, it would be viewed by coming generations as being good.
“When evil is allowed to persist, otherwise, over the time, it would be viewed as good.”
While noting that Daddy Freeze was angry when he was called a bastard by Pastor Ibiyeomie, the cleric stated that the title fits him indeed, adding that he has not been behaving like someone who grew in a home.
“When last did you behave like someone who grew in a home? When last did you behave like someone whose father gave any morals?
“When last did you behave like somebody who knows culture?
“What did your father teach you growing up? What did you learn as a child?
“And here you are, wifeless, jobless, can’t keep a wife, can’t keep a job and you’re commenting on marriage with someone who has been successfully married for close to 40 years.”
“You are already a cursed man. A cursed man by bankruptcy, by everything around you but you better repent now. However, Jehovah whom you have stood against will deal with you and your lineage,” the pastor fumed.
The Dunamis Overseer also warned people who follow Daddy Freeze to desist from following him because he is only leading them astray.
Pastor Eneche said the same woes that befall Daddy Freeze would befall anyone who follows him.
“How can you be following someone who’s not going anywhere? Someone who has no value.”
“Retrace your steps otherwise the curse of the Lord is upon you,” he said.
The issue between the media personality and the pastors started when Daddy Freeze countered the statement of Bishop David Oyedepo on submission in marriage.
According to the Bishop Oyedepo, the only way to a fruitful marriage is submission on the part of the wife.
However, Freeze, who is popularly known to tackle pastors over their teachings, took to his Instagram page to respond to the Bishop’s post.
The OAP noted that submission goes both ways and not for the woman alone.
Quoting a passage, Ephesians 5 vs 21-25 from the bible, Freeze stated that the wife is supposed to submit to the husband just as he submits to Christ in their home.
