Veteran Journalist, Samuel Ajayi Launches Pan-African Online TV, HQTV

Set to make a remarkable difference in the Nigerian media space, seasoned journalist and media strategist, Mr. Samuel Ajayi popularly known as S.O, has launched a multi-million naira Pan-African online television, HQTV.
Ajayi, who has had over 25 years of experience in journalism, announced the launch of the television platform on Wednesday in Lagos.
Announcing the birth of the television platform, which has immediately hit the airwaves, on his Facebook page, to the delight of his numerous friends and fans, Ajayi noted; “Finally, the Dream Comes Through: HQTV Is Here.”
Speaking about the HQTV, the media/public relations consultant, said: “ The idea has been in the pipeline since early last year. And that dream was to set up an online TV that would be different from the pack.”
“In September this year, I informed my family here that “something was cooking”. That was when we took the bull by the horn and procured equipment for the take-off.
“That “something” is “done: it is HQTV.”

“The plan was to take off in October but the #EndSARS protests took the nation by the storm and October become a month to forget for many Nigerians, especially families of those who lost their lives in the violence.
“Today, we hit the waves,” he said.
Ajayi, a writer, thinker, ideas projector and a strong communicator who understands the dynamics and temperaments of different audiences, said the “HQTV will focus on POLITICS, CULTURE ENTERTAINMENT and SPORTS, but like NEVER BEFORE!”
He promised that the TV will go extra-mile to bring viewers videos and stories they won’t see anywhere else.
“For teasers, we are giving you a feature report on the rumoured drafting of former President Goodluck Jonathan into the 2023 presidential race.
“It is a must watch as it brings those aspects of our recent history many may have forgotten,” he said.
