[BREAKING] EndSARS: Buhari Coming With Major Solutions As He Addresses Nigerians at 7pm

President Muhammadu Buhari is set to address the security situation in the country by 7pm.

The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, disclosed this in a statement titled, ‘President Buhari addresses the nation.’

The statement read, “Following detailed briefing by security chiefs on the current situation in the country, President Muhammadu Buhari will make a national broadcast Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 7pm.

“Television, radio and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria respectively for the broadcast.

Earlier, the National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (retd.), had hinted that the President would come up with solutions to the current violence erupting in parts of the country “in the next couple of hours.”

Although he did not disclose the nature of the solutions, he said they would be agreeable to all parties concerned.

Monguno disclosed this in an interview with State House correspondents at the end of a meeting of the National Security Council presided over by the President.

He said, “The President himself, I have just left his office, is also going to deal with these issues in a specific manner apart from what has just taken place in council.

“I believe in the next couple of hours, Mr President will come up with certain solutions that will be agreeable to the entire federation.”
