“If You’re 40 and Have Never Boarded a Plane, You Need Help” — Apostle Suleiman Tells Nigerians

Apostle Johnson Suleiman has challenged Nigerians to broaden their horizons by investing in property, obtaining international passports and travelling outside the country.

The cleric gave the advice while encouraging his audience to pursue bigger dreams and explore opportunities beyond their immediate environment.

Suleiman said Nigerians approaching 45 should have acquired land somewhere, stressing that property ownership should form part of their long-term aspirations.

“If you are up to 45 and you don’t have a land… something is wrong with you,” he said.

He also challenged Nigerians who have never travelled by air, saying, “If you have up to 40 and you have never entered a plane once, you need help.”

Suleiman urged people to obtain international passports and take advantage of opportunities to travel, arguing that exposure to other countries could broaden their perspectives.

“You cannot be global thinking local. Spread the dream God has given you… do an international passport,” he said.

Using Ghana as an example, the cleric encouraged his audience to seize opportunities to travel when they arise.

“You hear that Papa is going to be in Ghana, fly to Ghana. You don’t need a visa; gather money, fly to Ghana,” he added.

His comments have sparked reactions, particularly his emphasis on property ownership, international travel and exposure as pathways to broadening one’s aspirations.
