Just In: Presidential Election Court Releases judgment
The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has released the judgement of all the petitions it pronounced on Wednesday.
The certified true copy (CTC) of the 798-page judgement, a copy of which was released this evening to all the parties concerned and various lawyers’ groups in the country.
The released document covers judgement to petitions by APM, Atiku/PDP and Obi/Labour Party, all of which were struck out on Wednesday by PEPC.
